Bach’s Air on the G String (2 Violins and Piano)

Overview

Air (on the G string) is based on the second movement of Orchestral Suite No. 3 in D major, BWV 1068 by Johann Sebastian Bach (1685-1750). August Wilhelmj arranged it in 1871 by adjusting the first violin part. This arrangement has been transposed and adjusted slightly for the instruments. Soli Deo gloria
